These conditions apply to all contracts between the seller and the buyer.
TTF Supplies shall sell and the customer shall purchase in accordance with any quotation of TTF Supplies which is accepted by the customer or any order of the customer which is accepted by TTF Supplies. At either point a contract is created and these terms and conditions accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse service and supply to anyone at any time
Pricing
All price validity is stated on quotations. Web pricing is valid only at the point the buyer purchases and makes payments for the goods; at this point a contract between buyer and seller is created and the price is agreed.
TTF Supplies reserve the right to notify the customer of a price increase before shipping goods where the cost of goods to TTF Supplies has been increased beyond their control; at this point the buyer and seller are both within their rights to exit the contract and any payments made refunded.
There will be no variation to these conditions unless accepted in writing by both the buyer and the seller.
Customers are required to pay the prices including tax to TTF Supplies
Payment
The payment will be made as stated on the sellers’ invoices.
For web orders payment must be made and money cleared before dispatch of goods. By checking out on the company website the buyer accepts these terms and conditions.
Goods remain the property of TTF Supplies until invoices are cleared
VAT Receipts will be available for all transactions
Delivery
Delivery dates are approximate only and the seller takes no responsibility for any losses or damages caused by a delay in delivering goods.
Any losses or damages to the goods when in the custody of the carrier the seller will (at its option) replace or refund the damaged goods; the seller takes no responsibility for any other liability.
The seller reserves the right to cancel an order at anytime issuing a refund if the buyer has made payment.
Returns
If you wish to return goods, please notify sales@ttfsupplies.co.uk within 7 days of receiving the goods; returns are done at customer cost and carriage is not refunded; if the item is received back in the same condition as it is sent a full refund on the product will be done.
Risk and Property
Goods remain the property of TTF Supplies until invoices are cleared and goods are delivered.
Warranties and Liabilities
The liability never exceeds the cost of the goods provided by the seller
